What’s new? I’m turning 30 on this upcoming Sunday, March 17 (St Patrick’s Day, baby).

I’ve taken this last month off of building Sales.co and trusted it in the very capable hands of my partner, Jakob.

I started posting short-form content on Insta and TikTok. Doing a challenge with somebody. No rhyme or reason, but maybe I find a voice. You never know what happens.

It was Nyepi here in Bali. The day of silence that marks their new year, where it’s illegal to go outside, turn on lights, or even “enjoy yourself.”

It was great - I stayed at home (because leaving is illegal), didn’t say a word all day, looked at nothing digital, not even a clock. Weird trying to figure out where you are in a day when your body needs answers on what should happen next.

A lot of men I meet are “going thru it” right now. All in a trough and questioning their pursuit of what they’ve been pursuing. Questioning my own purpose, too. I read the Gospel of Matthew over Nyepi. It’s got me thinking, how can I make my work a devotional to God?
