the ryan doyle roundup
Hey, you know me from magic sales bot, sales.co, twitter, or some combination. Checking in - if you don’t want to hear from me, unsub at the bottom.
Project updates
I’m having a lot of fun coding like I’ve not done in some time. I’ve built a few small things for friend’s businesses just to get back into the flow of it.
A big goal I have is developing a “growth partner” style to cold email. I’m testing out a more custom, targeted, low volume playbook with 2 businesses. Hit reply if keen and I’ll tell you what’s up.
Cold Call AI is meh. I’m testing it with a more old school biz, where I think it’s most applicable, but it’s for inbound. Outbound to tech companies doesn’t work well, most of the recipients are familiar enough with AI to sniff it out.
Content AI, a project I’ve been doing to make tiktok content with generative AI is going well. Trying it out for a few businesses to see if it’s effective. Waiting on TikTok Dev approval so I can spin up and automate a few channels of my own to become my own case study.

Life updates
Bus: I’m going to do the “school bus conversion project” I’ve written about before. I’ll head back to the US, end of next month, and get cracking.
I’ve got a cool setup where I can get my standing desk set up in one of the shops on the farm. Work with my hands a bit, work with my brain a bit. Life has always been good when I can do both.
I’m opting for a large delivery van instead of a bus. I can register it as a personal vehicle. That lets me “stealth” in most any town or city without getting bothered by police while still “boondocking” off grid on federal land out west.
Also lets me see a lot of friends this fall!
Bali: I may come back to south Bali next year. Can’t believe I’m saying this, but a break is in order. Overdevelopment is crazy (a cliff fell down this weekend due to overdevelopment) and the pace is faster than I like.
Meditation: Been big into meditation this year. Recently read Joe Dispenza’s “Becoming Supernatural” and loved how it moved some shit from the woo-woo side of the spectrum to pseudo science. I feel as though I’m rewiring my brain and I love meditation now, instead of dreading it.
Love,
Ryan
